Francis
Francis
Co-Owner, Practice Manager
- Pronouns: He, Him -

Francis’s wide breadth of experience makes him the perfect fit to serve as Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center’s Co-owner and Practice Manager. He’s also Dr. Jennifer Martin’s husband and business partner! Francis is responsible for making sure that every part of the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. As he likes to say, the team takes care of the clinic’s patients, and he takes care of the rest.

Francis was born and raised in France, spending five years in the French Army as an Air Traffic Controller, before moving to California with Dr. Martin. He’s also served as both an owner and CEO of for-profit and non-profit organizations. Thanks to his varied background, it only made sense that Francis would help Dr. Martin build her house-call practice many years ago, and continue to act as her business partner and now Practice Manager here at Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center.

Outside of the office, Francis is an avid photographer and traveler. He and Dr. Martin have five children between the two of them, and they share their home with several pets: Bella the Black Labrador, a terrier mix named Felix, an orange tabby cat named Joey, and BunBun the rabbit.
Molly
Molly
Office Manager
- Pronouns: She, Her -

Molly grew up in the rural neighborhood of Guerneville, California, where she cared for everything from dogs, cats, and rabbits to chickens, guinea pigs, and hamsters. She’s always felt an obligation to be a part of the daily care for the animals around her. During her high school years, Molly realized that she had a strong affinity for the medical world, as well. Veterinary medicine was the perfect combination!

Molly spent several years working at a dog rescue and socialization center before deciding to advance her career in the world of animal care. She applied here at the clinic in September of 2014, and was happy to accept a job offer shortly afterward. She’s been here ever since! Molly serves as Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center’s Office Manager, and her favorite parts of the job include swapping fun pet stories and educating the area’s pet owners on the best care techniques for their four-legged friends.

When she’s not at work, Molly can be found studying at Santa Rosa Junior College, hiking, working out at the gym, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She has one pet of her own at home: Katza, an aging tuxedo cat who used to live right here at the practice. Katza was too grumpy to make a good clinic cat, so Molly decided to bring him home!
Mallory
Mallory
Customer Service Manager
- Pronouns: She, Her -

Mallory has always adored animals, and her passion for integrative healthcare really blossomed as she advanced her studies in Ayurvedic medicine (an ancient Indian medical system sometimes called the sister-science of yoga). She knew that she wanted to help share the power of an integrative approach to health with our animal friends, who can’t always tell their owners exactly what they need. Mallory gets to do just that as Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center’s Customer Service Manager!

Mallory is originally from Prince Edward Island, Canada. When she started to become bored with her office job, she realized that she got much more enjoyment out of her side business in dog walking and boarding. That’s when Mallory decided to dive headfirst into the world of animal care. She joined the Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center family in early 2018 and hasn’t looked back since!

Mallory is especially passionate about implementing Fear-Free techniques here at the practice and watching patients go from fearful to completely content in only a few office visits. She’s also fond of welcoming brand-new clients and patients into the hospital and sharing the uniqueness of what the clinic has to offer.

When she’s not helping pets and animal owners here at the clinic, Mallory can be found relaxing in nature, working out at the gym, or practicing in the yoga studio. She’s been practicing yoga for more than a decade, and has been teaching the discipline for the past several years. Mallory’s love of yoga introduced her to Ayurvedic medicine, and she’s now even a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant! She is also working toward a degree in psychology and is excited to learn even more about new and inventive approaches to holistic health.
Felicia
Felicia
Head Veterinary Technician
- Pronouns: She, Her -

Felicia has been working hands-on with animals since a very young age, and she’s never taken for granted the unconditional love and loyalty that our pets give to us. Felicia always knew that she would love to give something back! Now, she’s proud to serve as the Head Veterinary Technician here at Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center.

Felicia—known affectionately as “Flea” around the clinic—spent most of her childhood growing up in Maui, Hawaii. It was there that her animal-care journey began: she started volunteering with an animal therapy organization at the age of 13, an experience that made a permanent impression. A few years later, Felicia became a Kennel Attendant at a local veterinarian’s office, and she’s been working in the world of veterinary medicine ever since.

Felicia joined the Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center family in 2012 shortly after moving to this area. She’s been caring for the area’s pets and animal parents ever since—her favorite part of the job is the relationships that she gets to build with her clients and patients.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys indulging in science fiction and fantasy books, movies, and games, and she also loves to attend workshops and courses about animal behavior. At home, she and her husband share their lives with two cats: Eva, who prefers to stay indoors and sleep most of the day; and Jasper, who loves to join Felicia in the garden while she cares for her flowers.
Tara
Tara
Registered Veterinary Technician
- Pronouns: She, Her -

Tara started her collegiate career studying political science at San Jose State University, but after a few internships, she started to realize that it wasn’t her true calling. After taking some time off to consider her options, she had a thought: why not satisfy her fascination with the medical and scientific fields while spending time around animals at the same time? Tara knew right then that the veterinary field was the perfect path for her!

Tara is originally from Redwood City and moved Los Angeles with her family at the age of five before settling in San Mateo County during her high-school years. She attended Carrington College’s Veterinary Technician program to study animal care, then passed her board exams and became licensed in 2016. She’s been a veterinary professional ever since!

Tara joined the Wise and Wonderful Integrative Veterinary Center family in March of 2019. She’s long been fascinated by the integration of Western and Eastern medicine, and she enjoys continuing to get a firsthand look at that approach here at the clinic! Tara also enjoys ophthalmology and the way that restored vision can impact a pet’s life.

Currently, Tara is attending Arizona State University to study biochemistry, and hopes to further her education in the future to become a veterinarian herself. When time permits between her busy school and work schedules, Tara likes spending time at home with her partner, Tyson, and their many pets. The family has a Shih Tzu named Rhett Muttler who likes to keep all the other pets in line; Duke the rescued Shar Pei/Rottweiler mix; and two loveable cats named Dahlia and Moosh.
